- Irene Village Mall consists of 44,000m² of total floor space. Roughly 30,000m² is dedicated to unique retail space (Gross Lettable Area) and is equivalent to 7 rugby fields.

- Unique sculptors and artwork can be found throughout Irene Village Mall. Names of these artworks include “The Udder Side”, “Trixie” and “Game”.
- There are 1,904 parking bays. 415 bays in the basement and 1,489 open air parking bays.
